Use this helpful checklist to help you and your students navigate CircleIn this term.
Login to CircleIn and review the suggested daily and weekly responsibilities below.
Introduce yourself in the sections you are supporting in the class group chats.
Upload a schedule of your current availability to students know when they can reach you!
Daily best practices:
Recommended daily activities to further utilize CircleIn for your students.
Announce to students that you are working and available to help through the default class group chats. Include your Zoom/meeting link for 1 on 1s (if possible).
Search for any questions asked. If answered, verify response, “thank” whoever answered it, and leave a positive comment. If not answered, please answer their question.
Share any resources you think will be helpful.
Weekly best practices:
Recommended weekly activities to further utilize CircleIn for your students.
Create study materials and/or decks of flashcards students can study from. After you upload content, share the link within the class group chat.
Create a list of the top questions that were asked during the week and share with the class and the professor.
Remind students of any upcoming workshops or study sessions via chat or uploading a PDF or image to the feed.
Reach out to students through chat and ask if anyone needs help with something.
Provide feedback to your supervisor on what you like most about CircleIn, how to improve your experience, and the # of students who reached out to you via chat.
Create and share academic content that will better prepare students for upcoming tests, exams and quizzes.
